Welcome to New Generation Clocks
We Started our company like many people on Ebay we were selling clock and watch parts in 2010 on a small scale and had mixed success and as I fixed clocks and pocket watches enjoyed working in this field but as with all things you start out in one area and gradually end up in a different place to what you expect and it was no different here, and now in 2013 we have a very successful Quartz Clock Movement business that supplies all kinds of Quartz clock movements and also different types of hands to suit YOUR requirements and not ours very different to what we intended when we first started out. There are currently 2 of us working together (my wife and I) as website maintenance, email and ordering, packing and sorting mail do take a lot of time especially in the busy periods, which is usually mondays and Fridays (please be patient if calling on these days as we are usually snowed under). My wife is very good on the computer liasing with our customers (her name is Polite so the perfect person) and accounts and labelling side of things and myself spend a lot of time posting and packing not to mention trying to source different clock parts that generally are more difficult to find and we find that works quite well,. we enjoy what we do and its nice being Viewed by many repeat customers as having exceptional customer service, something we view very highly, we will always encourage you to give us a call if you are unsure of what you need and we will be happy to try and help you order the correct item so you get what you need with the minimum of fuss. We now have a wholesale website for those that are looking for bulk purchases which is currently having more items added to it so the range available our website will be mirrored on the other site with prices to reflect the multiple orders you may need on a particluar item. We also have an ebay shop and many prefer to purchase via that site and the added benefit is that some of our latest products will be listed there first before being transferred to our websites.
